One Water Marine is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to fill a critical role in maintaining the overall professional image of our store and contributing to the customer's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently clean the exterior and interior of units/vehicles to enhance their appearance and increase their sale value.
  • Add and remove decals and make minor cosmetic repairs, including trim, putty, paint, frames, hitches, and steps.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the ongoing upkeep of the inventory on the sales yard.
  • Keep the total facility clean, including offices, lunchroom, bathrooms, and all common areas.
  • Remove trash from the facility and maintain the outside garbage collection area.
  • Maintain daily upkeep of store grounds, including garbage pickup and grass cutting.
Qualifications and Expectations:
  • Exhibit a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members' objectives.
  • Demonstrate attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed.
  • Prove reliability and discipline by following all timekeeping rules.
  • Promote a team attitude and support other team members, departments, and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boat.
  • Preserve the professional image of the dealership through cleanliness.
  • Effectively detail and clean all assigned units.
  • Interact positively with all team members.
  • Pay attention to detail, learn about boats, and follow directions.
  • Lift 10 pounds infrequently, stand, climb, and use hands constantly, work outdoors.
