Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Buford. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service and ensuring a fun and exciting atmosphere.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the building.
  • Assist with routine upkeep of exterior areas, including green spaces and parking lots.
  • Remove trash and garbage daily, and maintain supply rooms and closets.
  • Respond to emergency clean-ups as directed, and follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Properly use cleaning chemicals, safety attire, and tools to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence, and communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date on Andretti brand, product, and policies, and perform opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to walk or stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 lbs, and perform functions that require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and stocking up to 50 lbs.
