About the Position

This Registered Nurse II role is a critical part of our healthcare team, providing individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the nursing process and the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate professional who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

This role will involve providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve desired patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with patients and families, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. The pay grade for this position is Health-27, with a scheduled weekly hours of 12 and work shift as required. The worker type is Employee and worker sub-type is PRN. We require a licensed registered nurse with a degree in nursing, preferably a Bachelor's degree. You must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and be able to obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not necessary.
