About the Opportunity

We are offering a unique opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Patient Access and Screening Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, as well as coordinating their access to our services.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare setting, with strong knowledge of risk assessment and crisis intervention.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assessing patients' needs and developing treatment plans
  • Coordinating patient access to services
  • Documenting patient information and outcomes
Key Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work OR ADN/BSN and current SC RN License
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment and crisis intervention
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
