Role Overview:
This position is accountable for overseeing all facets of project management, from initial planning and design through to construction and commissioning. The role involves leading the planning, design, and construction of a significant greenfield production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Frequent travel may be required for project coordination.
- Manage comprehensive project aspects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop and execute project plans, including risk management strategies.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate all project delivery elements, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status.
- Manage project changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, reviewing costs and forecasts.
- Act as the primary contact for project-related issues and conflicts, resolving them effectively.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and current.
- Identify potential risks and develop solutions proactively.
- Support the team in high-pressure situations and maintain effective communication channels.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects exceeding $200 million.
- Strong skills in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with local regulations and experience with regulatory authorities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of production technologies and manufacturing processes.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, automation) is required; a Master's in Engineering/Business is a plus.
