Job Summary

CCG Business Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Provide maintenance support to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
  • Emergency Repairs: Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Equipment Safety: Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.
  • Downtime Reduction: Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must have minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience or refrigeration experience in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
  • Preferred Qualifications: PSM Experience, Refrigeration experience, Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems with an in-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and controls.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently. Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day. Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop.
  • Additional Requirements: Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements. Willing and able to work overtime and weekends. Willing and able to furnish your own tools. Read and understand blueprints, manuals and work orders.
Work Environment

Work schedule would be from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM on a rotating schedule. With every other weekend off and one day off the following weekday.

Salary Range: $27.00-$43.00 per hour
