Job Title: Compensation Manager

At Nightwing, we are seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join our HR team in Dulles, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing and administering our global compensation programs, including incentive programs, employment cost planning, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects and processes related to compensation programs, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
  • Provide analytics support, including market analysis across the business.
  • Develop metrics and goals for associated program management.
  • Manage annual processes, including compensation budgets, merit and bonus processes, and long-term incentive processes.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for leadership on program structure and processes.
  • Develop procedures for analysis of spending and effectiveness data to assess programs and procedures.
  • Address complex questions from employees and HR professionals.
  • Manage maintenance of program data in HR information systems.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience or MA/MS degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting data to large groups.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including complex spreadsheet analysis.
  • Workday experience, including experience with Workday annual compensation processes, is strongly preferred.

The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $221,000. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
