- In-depth knowledge of RNA purification techniques or chemical engineering principles is highly desirable.
- Practical experience with process development methodologies is essential.
- Familiarity with AKTA chromatography systems and Unicorn software is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude and working independently.
- Location Requirement:
- Candidates must be local to the specified area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of RNA manufacturing processes by engaging in RNA purification and chromatographic research.
- Support the programming, preparation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of AKTA chromatography systems.
- Prepare process equipment for laboratory-scale experiments.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various functions on analytical testing and sample evaluations.
- Contribute to team efforts while also delivering individual results to meet project goals and timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to instructions, and comply with company and EHSS policies.
- Implement projects aimed at enhancing overall laboratory efficiency.
- Ensure thorough documentation of experimental procedures.
