About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Plumbing Instructor to join our team at Michael & Son Services.

As a Plumbing Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise in plumbing and help students develop their skills and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Master Plumbing License and excellent writing and verbal communication skills. They will also have experience in presenting and teaching plumbing course materials, as well as developing and enhancing curricula.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to students
  • Maintain student progress through field visits, report analysis, and ongoing assessments
  • Develop and enhance curriculum content
  • Prepare students for licensure testing
  • Collaborate with management on course development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
  • Proven experience as an Instructor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in plumbing

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
