Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at The Treetop ABA Therapy. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in their home setting.

About the Role:
  • Assist with treatment plans and foster skill development in children with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to ensure the highest level of care.

Requirements:
  • RBT Certification (required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance
  • Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels
  • Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst)
