About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kids Club ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that address the unique needs of each child.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in each child's behavior.
  • Provide training and support to parents and staff on ABA principles and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of each child's progress.
  • Attend professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they are providing high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
  • BCBA certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
