Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Join our team at the Autism Behavioral Institute as a Registered Behavior Technician and make a lasting difference in the lives of children with autism.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to provide one-on-one interventions, teaching social and daily living skills, communication skills, and behavior intervention for children with autism in home and community settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Introduce safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
  • Follow treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seek out appropriate consultation
  • Collect behavior data, including and records data in CentralReach after each session
  • Participate in training and clinical supervision
  • Work with and under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Requirements:
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
  • Valid drivers license and transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, Bachelors or Masters Degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification

Working Environment:

Travel between clients homes will be required. Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30 pm.
