  • Maintain and supply restroom facilities with necessary items.
  • Polish and clean furniture and fixtures to enhance appearance.
  • Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
  • Dust and sanitize furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment.
  • Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water and chemicals according to safety guidelines.
  • Utilize steam cleaning or shampooing methods for carpets.
  • Strip, seal, finish, and polish various floor types.
  • Operate powered cleaning equipment, including ride-on scrubbers and industrial vacuums.
  • Adhere to safety procedures for chemical usage and equipment operation to protect surfaces.
  • Report any major repair needs or system enhancements to management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Capable of walking significant distances.
  • Ability to stand for long durations.
  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, stooping, and moving heavy items.
  • Must be able to lift and carry weights ranging from thirty (30) to fifty (50) pounds.
