Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering courteous, professional, and efficient service to our clients.

  • Conduct outbound communications to specific low-volume accounts to maintain excellent service and rapport.
  • Provide updates to existing clients regarding new programs, promotional activities, products, and services.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues such as missed shipments, pricing discrepancies, and backorders, striving for prompt resolutions.
  • Collaborate with field sales associates to coordinate special orders and manage customer inquiries.
  • Process all forms of customer orders, including phone, fax, mail, and email.
  • Offer accurate responses to customer inquiries and escalate issues to the Customer Service Supervisor when necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to order processing and maintain current open order reports.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and field sales associates to ensure smooth communication.
  • Make recommendations to improve customer service operations.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, typically obtained through a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Less than one year of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Effective decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to resolving customer issues creatively.
  • Familiarity with Cencora's products and services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems.
