Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and handling customer transactions.
  • Assist members with their club pick up orders, ensuring that they are filled and ready for pickup.
  • Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting any unsafe situations.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
