You will oversee plan compliance with legal requirements and organizational objectives. You will be the primary point of contact for client escalations and provide oversight for customer service calls, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, along with minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration, particularly in roles with direct client interaction. Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role is required.
