About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Benefits Client Manager to join our team and lead a group of benefits professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
The Benefits Client Manager will be responsible for overseeing plan compliance with legal requirements and organizational objectives while staying ahead of industry trends to implement best practices.
This role requires proven experience in benefits management with a focus on compliance, as well as strong leadership and managerial skills.
The Benefits Client Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing guidance on benefits-related matters, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight plan compliance with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to implement best practices.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on benefits-related matters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, particularly in roles with direct client interaction.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing benefit technology platforms, including HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
