  • Request Fulfillment: Process requests for medical records in accordance with governing bodies, rules, and regulations.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain and update medical records database, inputting data and compiling information as directed.

  • Administrative Support: Process paperwork, including school forms, social security forms, FMLA, referral forms, treatment verifications, labs, and other medical tests.
  • Training and Development: Work with and train assigned staff on client service records filing/documentation review.
  • Storage and Disposal: Maintain off-site storage and dispose of records according to agency policy.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and activities as a member of the Clerical Team.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer.
