Nurse Care Specialist

DaVita is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and their families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Educate patients and their families on dialysis treatment options, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
Requirements:
• Associate's degree in nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
