Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Assembly Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating accurate project specifications, ensuring all engineering documents are up to date, and developing standard work templates and revision control processes. You'll also participate in product design meetings, collaborate with cross-functional project teams, and drive continuous improvement through Lean practices. Additionally, you'll assist peers with workload as needed and maintain a clean workspace adhering to safety regulations and 6S principles. To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 2+ years of engineering experience, preferably in assembly engineering, heavy equipment assembly, and fabrication. Experience with manufacturing processes, assembly line processes, continuous improvement, and Lean practice is highly desirable. You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $93,500 - $123,000 per year.
