Business Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Manager to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and/or participating in the analysis and implementation of product, system, and operational initiatives that support changes in our business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop business cases to support recommendations for process or product improvements aimed at enhancing organizational capabilities and improving operational efficiencies.
- Partner with business owners to understand new business opportunities and define the business and functional requirements.
- Deliver high-quality business and functional requirements to the development teams for the purpose of completing the design, coding, testing, and implementation phases of the project life cycle.
- Deliver in-depth and comprehensive financial, operational, customer, and high-level systems analysis to evaluate settlement risk and propose mitigating solutions for proposed new and enhanced systems and products.
- Ensure development objectives are accomplished, user testing is performed, and member notification is prepared in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of new or revised rules and policies.
- Identify risk in cross-functional designs and communication channels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior Business Analyst and Project Management experience.
- Applies extended expertise of principles, theories, and concepts.
- Broad knowledge of business/function and development life cycle.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in funds transfer solutions, financial analysis, and planning.
- Self-starter with good leadership abilities.
- Requires minimal supervision/assistance.
- Good business writing skills and effective presentation skills.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understands business context and market dynamics, including regulatory, legal, competitive, and technology landscapes.
- Leverages a thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle methodology to partner with Product Management - Technical and Software Development Guilds to develop scalable and sustainable products.
- Partners with and incorporates feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partners with Servicing teams (e.g., GCC, CTS, Biz Ops) to ensure that the new Product has a robust E2E servicing plan that enables a great end-user and customer experience.
- Drive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent product documentation (e.g., support documents) across the framework.
- Demonstrates expertise of operational controls and risk mitigation obligations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills, and experiences.
- Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices.
