Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel position. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic cardiac cath lab setting, with a caseload of 3-6 patients per day. We are looking for candidates with 1+ years of experience, proficiency in both cath or EP lab procedures, and experience with advanced equipment such as rotablator, IABP, closure devices, balloon inflator, and stents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, including scrubbing and assisting with procedures
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, such as stent delivery systems and closure devices
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and optimal outcomes
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular conditions
Requirements:
- NJ License
- 1+ Years of experience in cardiac cath lab procedures
- Proficiency in EP lab procedures and equipment
- BLS, ACLS certification required
- ACLS or ARRT or RCIS certification
Additional Details:
- On-Call every 2-3 weekends
- Charting System: EPIC, Cupid, and Merge
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- AART/NJ License or RCIS accepted
