Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed.
- Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, documenting thoroughly.
- Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Oasis experience.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Home Health Nurse (RN).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current BLS certification.
- Two (2) positive work references.
- Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.
