Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our hospice team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to patients and their families during a critical time in their lives. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those we serve, and we are looking for individuals who share our commitment to compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver educational programs that promote understanding of hospice and palliative care philosophies.
  • Foster an environment of learning and growth within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in patient care.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice care is essential.
  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in skilled nursing.
  • Proficient in communicating the principles of hospice and palliative care.
  • Possession of an active and unencumbered RN license.
  • Current driver's license and auto liability coverage are required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; a Master's in Nurse Education is preferred.

Work Schedule & Benefits:
