Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver educational programs that promote understanding of hospice and palliative care philosophies.
- Foster an environment of learning and growth within the team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in patient care.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice care is essential.
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in skilled nursing.
- Proficient in communicating the principles of hospice and palliative care.
- Possession of an active and unencumbered RN license.
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage are required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; a Master's in Nurse Education is preferred.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
