Job Overview

At SP+, we're driven by our promise to make every moment matter for a world on the go. As a Valet, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect vehicles before parking and note any findings.
  • Explain valet rates to customers and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices while on duty.
  • Report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
  • Provide directions to customers and assist with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
  • Availability to work special shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
