Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and administer patient care within the scope of your training and expertise.
  • Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement evidence-based nursing practices to promote health, prevent illness, and alleviate suffering.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
  • 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
