Responsibilities:
  • Meet with patients to explain and answer questions related to medical programs.
  • Participate in staff training sessions and patient events.
  • Enroll patients and provide doctors with daily updates on progress and sales activity.
  • Serve as a liaison between the doctor's staff and the corporate office.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree and 3 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to build relationships through persuasive communication.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills and data entry in a CRM database.
  • Ability to interact with doctors, medical staff, and patients.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily interactions.
