Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a discrete manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in ergonomics software, such as Humantech.
  • Experience in project management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, including Power BI.
  • Background in data analytics, encompassing data structuring, statistical modeling, and simulation techniques.

Physical Requirements:
