We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parking Operations Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our parking facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of day-to-day activities, including customer interaction, staff supervision, and financial management.
- Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in the development of property-level financial and operational goals.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks.
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- High School Graduate.
- A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
- Valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
