About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Portfolio Manager to join our team at Patrick Burke Associates. As a key member of our engineering consulting group, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely and on-budget project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
  • Support the analysis of contractors' construction schedules to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
  • Develop and maintain preliminary, baseline, and monthly schedules for work performed by in-house crews.
  • Evaluate Time Entitlement Analyses to advise senior management on contract time extensions.
  • Support efforts for risk register and project risk planning to minimize impacts on schedule and cost.
  • Review Earn Value Management parameters to determine project health and provide advice to project managers.
  • Assist in preparing monthly project financial reports, including cash flow projections and resource allocations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and relevant experience in project control and scheduling. You should have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, P6, MS Project, and Acumen Fuse or similar software.
