Key Responsibilities
  • Profitability:
    • Manage inventory costs and maintain inventory levels through regular inspections and ordering.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and security procedures.
    • Maintain and monitor restaurant assets, including equipment and facilities.
  • Guest Experience:
    • Motivate and direct team members to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • People Development:
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Operations:
    • Direct the restaurant team to achieve efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products, meeting speed of service guidelines.
    • Ensure the restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the quick service restaurant industry, preferably as a Team Member or Assistant Manager.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and long or irregular shifts as needed.
