About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth of small to medium-sized business clients using our payment and workforce management solutions to scale their business globally.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment, with experience preferably coming from the fintech and software as a service (SaaS) industries.

The Customer Success Manager should possess high-level organizational skills and business development acumen to drive engagement with respective stakeholders.

This role will be based in our New York office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and strengthening high-value client relationships to achieve retention targets
  • Persuading clients of the benefits of sending all of their payments to international service providers using Payoneer
  • Reviewing and proposing process improvements that drive client retention and market penetration
  • Maintaining all activities within our CRM systems
  • Working with internal teams to deliver results for customers
Requirements
  • 4+ years of account management, business development, or relevant experience in fintech and SaaS
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine comfort with phone-based sales and holding a quota
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business-established goals
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results
  • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
  • Desire to drive meaningful organizational change
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in payments or banking industry
  • Experience with workforce management solutions
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
