Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the estimation and scheduling processes during both preconstruction and construction phases.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and specifications utilizing ProCore software.
  • Review and manage contracts, submittals, and shop drawings effectively.
  • Handle and monitor RFIs, contracts, and purchase orders through ProCore.
  • Participate in meetings, document discussions, track compliance notices, and uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Support the Project Manager with financial responsibilities, including Pay Applications and Change Orders.
  • Ensure efficient project closeout and accurate financial reconciliation.
