Laborer with Construction Experience

We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team at Labor Source, Inc. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry and be able to perform various tasks that require moderate levels of skill and expertise.
As a semi-skilled worker, you will work under the supervision of skilled tradespeople and assist in the execution of construction projects. Your duties will include assisting skilled workers, material handling, site preparation, equipment operation, demolition work, construction support, basic repairs, and safety compliance.
Requirements- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry or related field.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic skills: Proficiency in using common hand and power tools, as well as the ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Safety awareness: Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, taking instructions from supervisors and assisting coworkers as needed.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced construction environment. Overtime and/or weekend work may be required.

Work DetailsThis is a full-time, temporary position with variable shifts, including 10-hour and 8-hour shifts. The work location will be one fixed site.
