Circle K QSR Store Assistant Overview:

Join our dynamic team at Circle K as a Full-Time Store Assistant. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a prompt and friendly manner while guiding and mentoring team members.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by conducting interviews for new team members.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized restaurant environment by performing cleaning duties and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with all company and health regulations.
  • Communicate important updates to team members and facilitate training on new products.
  • Manage promotional materials and ensure they are displayed appropriately.
  • Monitor product quality and uphold food safety standards.
  • Accurately handle cash and maintain sales and inventory records during shifts.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Document any incidents in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve financial and operational goals for the restaurant.
