Job Title: Cook II

The Little Nell, a luxury hotel in Aspen, is seeking a skilled Cook II to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook hot and cold foods according to the Chef's specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Assist with food preparation, including making sauces and salads
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef de Cuisine
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree or equivalent
  • One year of food preparation experience
  • Knowledge of poaching, sauté, and roasting techniques
  • Excellent written and spoken English
