Job Summary
Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team. As a PCU Nurse, you will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care to patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Manage chronic ventilator patients and respond to emergency situations.
Requirements
- Current State of Oregon RN License.
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- 1 year of RN experience, with PCU and/or ICU experience preferred.
