Job Summary:

Adapt Integrated Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their Detox team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care, critical care, emergency room, or correctional health care settings. This is a full-time position with a NOC shift, working from 7:00pm-7:00am, Friday-Sunday.

Responsibilities:

Oversee client admission, ensuring medical clearance and coordinating with the RAC and Detox Intake Coordinator.
Provide therapeutic and trauma-informed care to clients, administering urinalysis, urine hCG, BrAC, and TB tests as needed.
Assess, monitor, and treat clients according to provider orders and department protocols, documenting all results and interventions.
Maintain accurate and timely reports and records, communicating client information to the team and provider as necessary.
Educate clients on health maintenance and disease prevention, and provide case management as required.
Direct and supervise LPNs and CCMAs, considering scope of practice, and perform other duties to support client care and unit functioning.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, with a current, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Oregon and no restrictions.
2 years of experience in acute care, critical care, emergency room, or correctional health care settings, with CPR, First Aid, AED, and Universal Precaution experience required.
