We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Guest Services team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest. You will check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, and a proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced environment. A minimum of one year guest service experience and/or training is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Average annual salary for this role in the hospitality industry is estimated at $50,000 - $60,000. However, this figure may vary depending on factors such as location, level of experience, and specific office requirements.
