Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support
  • Background as a Field Engineer
  • Advanced knowledge of hardware, software, networking, servers, cloud services, and mobile devices
  • Capability to work on server and workstation projects and troubleshoot network issues
  • Certifications in Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure are advantageous
  • Experience with Managed Services, Connectwise, and Kaseya is a plus
