What you will do 

 

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and equipment

  • Verifying inventory levels and reporting discrepancies to management

  • Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials

  • Performing cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy

  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries

How you will do it 

  • You will use our proprietary inventory management system to track and manage inventory levels

  • You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials

  • You will communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and answer questions

What we look for 

Required 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Preferred 

  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field

  • Knowledge of inventory management software and systems

  • Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
