SALES OPERATIONS LEADER

As a sales operations leader at Rent One, your influence will be twofold.

Your primary objective will be to assist the store in achieving sales and customer retention targets while ensuring our clients receive top-tier service as they discover the right products and solutions that align with their needs and budget.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Prior experience in the rent-to-own sector is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • 1 - 3 years of sales experience in a retail setting is preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
  • Must adhere to a drug-free workplace policy and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with a driving record that meets organizational standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying product needs, facilitating the sales process, coordinating delivery/installation, and conducting follow-ups.
  • Verify that store merchandise is clean, visually appealing, and well-organized.
  • Conduct rental order form verification.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining a profitable, efficient, and organized store operation.
  • Utilize digital communication platforms for managing sales leads (text, phone, email).
  • Occasionally assist co-workers during peak activity times, absences, and planned time off.
