Position Summary

This entry-level role is essential for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring clients receive prompt and precise information regarding their accounts, products, pricing, and available services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service to both in-store and phone customers.
  2. Recommend additional parts or accessories that may enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Process all in-store orders accurately and efficiently, keeping customers informed about their order status.
  4. Assist customers in locating and acquiring merchandise, whether it is in stock or requires special ordering.
  5. Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying incoming shipments and assisting in organizing parts within inventory locations.
  6. Support cycle counts and address inventory discrepancies by communicating with the Supervisor.
  7. Contribute to the upkeep of a professional showroom environment and visually appealing merchandise displays.
  8. Ensure the parts department remains clean and organized.
  9. Handle items weighing up to 50 lbs as part of routine responsibilities.
Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: Previous experience in customer interaction, maintaining a professional demeanor, and building rapport with clients.

Skills: Basic understanding of sales processes, ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and proficiency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet tools.
