Medical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Coordinator to join our team at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Role:The Medical Care Coordinator will work closely with our clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient flow, assisting providers as needed, and performing various clinical tasks. You will also be responsible for taking vital signs, collecting urine samples, and recording patient demographic information.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Graduation from a Certified Medical Assistant Program preferred
- Two years of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required
- Bilingual skills a plus
