Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance/Housekeeping II professional for our Bellingham Medical Clinic. This role involves performing janitorial and maintenance duties in accordance with established health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
The Maintenance/Housekeeping individual will be responsible for maintaining both the interior and exterior of the facility, which includes:

- Keeping the parking area clear of trash and debris
- Lawn mowing and trimming of bushes and hedges
- Upkeeping the garden area.

Additionally, the role may involve executing simple repairs, requiring basic knowledge in:
- Plastering
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Electrical work
- Yard maintenance. The individual may also be tasked with special projects that necessitate the use of rental equipment.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- No formal experience is necessary; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- A valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Occasional travel to other clinics may be necessary.
