We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance/Housekeeping II to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our medical clinic, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks, including cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing facilities
- Maintain the exterior and interior work areas, including upkeep of the parking lot, lawn, and garden areas
- Perform simple repairs, such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Operate rental equipment as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- No formal experience required, but experience may be substituted for education
- Driver's license, auto liability insurance, and reliable automobile required
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
