Key Responsibilities
  • Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks, including cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing facilities
  • Maintain the exterior and interior work areas, including upkeep of the parking lot, lawn, and garden areas
  • Perform simple repairs, such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
  • Operate rental equipment as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No formal experience required, but experience may be substituted for education
  • Driver's license, auto liability insurance, and reliable automobile required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
