As a Road Supervisor at Transdev, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our transit systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.
• Conduct on-the-scene accident investigations and assist drivers in preparing accident reports.
• Design and deliver driver training and safety courses.
• Liaise between drivers and clients to resolve customer service issues.

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience with hourly employees, preferably in transit operations.
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with vehicle mechanical processes and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
