Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team at A3 Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
- Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups
- Train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, and order and replace parts as needed
- Determine and recommend products or services that best fit our clients' needs
- Imaging and image recovery, break/fix repairs on desktops and laptops, and install/reinstall software packages and updates
- Support of wireless devices and WiFi and VPN connections
- Provide exceptional customer service skills
