Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Ropeswing Hospitality Group. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Make recommendations to guests based on menu offerings and preparation methods.
  • Ensure guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume establishment.
  • Knowledge of inventory tracking and ordering processes.
  • Initiative to enhance knowledge of cocktail and coffee menu options and presentation techniques.
