We are a dynamic marketing and business development firm seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Opulence Inc. in New Hyde Park. As a Customer Service Associate, you will work directly with our customers to promote and bring awareness to our clients' products and services. You will collaborate with our diverse team to gain experience in customer service, sales, direct marketing, and business development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for attracting potential customers, opening customer accounts, resolving product or service problems, and recommending potential products or services to management.

We provide full training to all Customer Service Associates, and we are looking for an individual who is local to New Hyde Park and able to start in 1-2 weeks. The working hours are from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
